Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 5, 2026
Quick Stock is a product of Zane (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Quick Stock at quickstock.in and the associated app, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or uploading files you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Account data. Name, email, brand name, contact phone, and authentication identifiers (Google account ID where you sign in with Google).
Uploaded files. Inventory and sales spreadsheets you upload from your Quick Commerce panel. We parse these files server-side, store the structured data we need to compute reorder quantities and analytics, and delete the raw uploaded file after processing.
Usage data. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request paths, timestamps) and error telemetry used to keep the service reliable.
2. How we use the information
To run the forecasting engine, render your dashboards, send authentication and account emails, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your data and we do not use your sales data to train any third-party AI model.
3. Tenant isolation
Each customer’s data is isolated at the database row level. One brand cannot read another brand’s inventory, sales, or recommendations.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with infrastructure sub-processors required to operate the service (hosting, database, transactional email, error monitoring). We do not share your business data with advertisers, marketplaces, or competing brands.
5. Retention
Account and inventory data is retained for as long as your workspace is active. You can delete your workspace from Settings, which permanently removes your inventory, sales, and recommendation history.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@quickstock.in. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
Authentication uses short-lived JSON Web Tokens with rotated refresh tokens. All traffic is served over HTTPS. Service-role database keys are never exposed to the browser.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email to your registered account address.
