Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Quick Stock, operated by Zane. By creating an account, uploading files, or otherwise using the service you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Quick Stock is a software-as-a-service tool that ingests Quick Commerce inventory and sales spreadsheets and produces reorder quantity recommendations, stock health analytics, and sales trend reports. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be authorised to act on behalf of the brand you register. One brand may operate one workspace. Sharing accounts across multiple brands is not permitted.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer the service, attempt to access another tenant’s data, upload malicious files, or use the service to violate any law or third-party right.
4. Pricing and free period
The service is free for all users until May 30, 2026. Paid plans will be announced before that date. We will not charge any plan automatically without your explicit confirmation.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of all inventory, sales, and supplier data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your data to train third-party models or sell it to any party.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and rare outages may occur.
7. Disclaimer
Reorder recommendations are decision-support outputs based on the data you upload. You remain responsible for the purchase orders you place. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your workspace at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [TODO: jurisdiction].
