Cancellation & Refund Policy

Quick Stock is a software subscription service delivered digitally. There is no physical product to ship or return. This page describes how the free trial, cancellations, and refunds work for paid plans.

1. Free trial

Every new workspace starts with a 7-day free trial with no payment required up front. You are only charged if you choose to continue on a paid plan after the trial. If you do nothing, the workspace simply moves to read-only when the trial ends — no charge is made.

2. Paid plans and billing

Paid plans (Starter and Scaler) are billed as a single annual charge in Indian Rupees, plus 18% GST, via Razorpay. Plans are not auto-renewing: we do not store your card or charge you automatically. Your access runs for 12 months from the date of payment, after which you may choose to renew for another year. Enterprise plans are billed per the terms of your order.

3. Cancellation

Because there is no recurring mandate, there is nothing to cancel to avoid a future charge — simply do not renew and your access ends at the close of your paid period. You may also delete your workspace at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data.

4. Refund eligibility

We offer a refund of your most recent annual charge if you request it within 7 days of the charge and have not made substantial use of paid features (for example, exporting multiple purchase orders) in that period. Refund requests outside this window are reviewed case by case.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@quickstock.in from the email registered on your workspace. Include your workspace name and the charge date. We respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.

6. Non-refundable items

Add-on services, custom data migrations, and any one-off implementation fees are non-refundable once delivered.

7. Failed or lapsed payments

If a payment is not completed or your paid period lapses without renewal, the workspace is moved to read-only until a valid payment is made. Your data is retained during this period so you can restore full access by renewing.
