Returns & Refunds Policy

Quick Stock is a software subscription service. There is no physical product to return. This page describes how cancellations and refunds work for paid plans.
1. Free period
The service is free for all users until May 30, 2026. No charges apply during this period and there is nothing to refund.
2. Paid subscriptions (after the free period)
Once paid plans launch, subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. You can cancel at any time from Settings, which stops the next renewal.
3. Refund eligibility
We offer a refund of the most recent billing period if you request it within 7 days of the charge and have not exported more than one purchase order in that period. Pro-rated refunds for unused months on annual plans are reviewed case by case.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@quickstock.in from the email registered on your workspace. Include your workspace name and the charge date. We respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non-refundable items
Add-on services, custom data migrations, and any one-off implementation fees are non-refundable once delivered.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we retry the charge for 7 days. If the payment continues to fail, the workspace is moved to read-only until the balance is settled.
